Ministers of Care visit sick and shut-ins of the parish and deliver the Eucharist once a week.
Tender Loving Care Provides short-term care of fellow parishioners; i.e. meals, errands and/or visitation. They can deliver a meal three times per week for up to three weeks to parishioners recovering from illness, surgery, etc. This includes the Food Committee- Ginny Reynolds (Chairperson) and Carm Shaw (Co-Chair).
Funeral Luncheons: Provide nourishing lunch and comforting atmosphere for family and friends of a deceased parishioner
Welcome Committee: Visit new parishioners to welcome them to St. Francis of Assisi and to the local community. Offer information regarding the various ministries and programs available at St. Francis.
Grandparents room has articles to loan to parishioners that have visitors with children,i.e. bikes, baby furniture, high chairs etc.
