If you need help accessing the online survey, contact Maggie, our Communications Director, at (931) 787-1292.  We will give you access to fill it out here at Saint Francis.  For those who are homebound, we will be able to supply a paper survey for you to complete and return.  The survey will be available throughout Lent for your convenience.

Remember, this is an anonymous survey. No private information is being collected. Your input helps to strengthen our parish and the results will help leadership prepare for the future.  A report of the findings will be shared with everyone after all the data has been collected.
