The Fairfield Glade Council of Churches invites you to Pray for America on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 11AM at St. George Marina Pavilion. The Vietnam Veterans Honor Guard will present the colors. Music will be provided by Eric Wheeler of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

The theme for this 70th annual National Day of Prayer is “Lord, Pour Out Your LOVE, LIFE, AND LIBERTY” from 2 Corinthians 3:17. The five participating area churches are Christ Lutheran Church, Fairfield Glade Community Church, Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, and Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Chaplains from the Vietnam Veterans Honor Guard and the Fairfield Glade Fire and Police Departments will lead us in prayer as well for their respective organizations. Come join us as we pray for our national, state and local governments, our military, media/arts/entertainment, business, education, family/marriage and The Church.

Please join the Council and your neighbors as we show appreciation for God’s presence, especially during this past year, and acknowledge our need for God’s guidance for our future.
