As we chatter our teeth those at the Kobonal Mission in Haiti are enjoying slightly cooler temperatures—85 degrees!  Here is Fr. Glenn Meaux of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity.  In this nation at least 58.5% of the population lives below the poverty line. 

The mission which St. Francis of Assisi supports is in the Diocese of Hinche.  Cross Catholic began partnering with Fr. Meaux in 2004 .  Father gets 100% of the money you donate when you check the Haiti box online.  Nothing goes to Cross Catholic.  All of it goes to the mission.  Our parish is SO generous that we get a personal visit every summer and MANY thanks.
